No, Coach Christine has a Zoom account and you will be sent a Zoom link when you book your sessions. You can choose to appear on video or just connect with audio for each session. Christine does like to see your face, though 🙂
As a courtesy, all appointment changes need to be made 24 hours in advance. Your booking email will contain a link to reschedule if necessary. Missed appointments will not be rescheduled.
During your last session, we will evaluate where you are at in your journey and you can decide to purchase another package!

No, Coach Christine will provide meal ideas and the steps and tools to ditch sugar and begin choosing whole, healthy foods.
No! We are going to change our mindset from the old dietary dogma of “calories in, calories out” and “eat less, move more”. The SugarFreed™ way of eating will eliminate the need to be constantly counting calories by choosing satiating and satisfying sugar-free foods.
No! You will not buy or be eating pre-packaged “diet” meals. You will be eating whole foods only! Factory processed foods will also be very limited.
