If no one has ever said it plainly, let me be the first: gluttony is where the enemy attacks strong Christian women because he can’t get us anywhere else. We don’t fall into the more obvious sins, so he slips in through food—a topic the Church doesn’t touch. For me, that “harmless” habit became a spiritual stronghold. This detox is about exposing the real enemy (sugar’s biochemical grip + the spiritual foothold behind it), not attacking you. You’ll feel understood, supported, and finally free.

Do I need a strong faith or perfect discipline to succeed?

Not at all. This detox is FOR women who feel spiritually exhausted. You don’t need to come in strong—your strength grows through the 21 days. Come as you are—God meets you there.

How much weight can I expect to lose in 21 days?

Most women lose 5–10 pounds during the detox, but the bigger win is that cravings disappear, emotional eating stops, and clarity returns. The weight is a bonus—the freedom is the goal.

What if I fall behind or miss a call?

Everything is flexible and designed for real life. The emails come daily, but you can read them on your own time. The Monday coaching calls are recorded if you can’t make it live. The goal isn’t perfection—it’s progress.

What if I'm nervous about sharing in the Facebook group?
